Good morning the reason for which I write is to explain the problem that we have: productivity has fallen significantly in the last two years, and the business has started to suffer

For this have 4 opinions that our equipment propose

OPTIONS:

1. - Give a pay increase to all the workers (this would cost C500 000)
* This option is not arranging the problem to the people only is interested in the money, probably it was improving but it will not solve the completely

2. - Reduce the level at which workers can earn a productivity bonus (this would cost C300 000)
* Is the best option the workers recib a bonus for your work

3. - Appoint a new production manager.
* This option does not guaranty the solution completely because we do not know work and he think for the resolve the problem.

4. - Cut labour cost (e.g. by not recruiting any new workers people leave)
* This option is useless because does not commandment of the workers to extracting the production.


The option two is a brilliant idea because to pay a bonus for productivity is a work determined and like that we will be able to go out forward because we are interested in the production urgently
